WCI’s commitment to safety is a proactive approach evidenced by several factors that include: Training, Daily Safety Meetings, JSA’s, Safe Work Procedures, Safety Policies, and a constant vision to get better and work safer every day. WCI utilizes several key Qualifying Third Party Vendors to track and report all essential safety metrics and statistics. These include ISNetworld, Avetta Auditing, and PEC Premier. These safety clearing houses help put a “Checks and Balances” system in place to ensure that WCI is staying compliant and offering up to date safety policies and training.
WCI employs in house trainers for the majority of their training. Having the ability to train in house gives WCI an advantage to obtain the training we need and to place our employees in the field without further delay.
DOT Operator Qualification is also a big part of our training plan. We utilize Veriforce and ITS for our operator qualification tracking. We understand that evaluating and qualifying our people is one of the most important keys to maintaining our safety culture.
